A: Please ensure your printer is powered on and paired with your iPhone/iPad in the system Bluetooth settings first. Also, make sure you have granted TieTie Print the necessary Bluetooth permissions in your device settings.

Q2: What types of printers are supported?

A: We support most Bluetooth thermal receipt printers that use the standard ESC/POS protocol.

Q3: The printer is connected, but the paper comes out blank.

A: Thermal printers only print on one side of the paper. Please check if your thermal paper roll is placed upside down. Try flipping the roll and printing again.

Q4: How do I unlock the Pro templates?

A: You can unlock all premium templates (like the Math Generator) with a one-time purchase. Just tap on any "Pro" template to view the upgrade option.
