Q: How is the 90/180-day rule calculated?
A: We use the official "rolling window" method used by border control authorities. The calculator looks back 180 days from every single day of your stay (past, present, or simulated future) to ensure you never exceed 90 days within that moving window.
Q: I purchased "Schengen Pro" but the features are locked.
A: Please go to the Settings tab in the app and tap the "Restore Purchases" button. This will re-sync your receipt with the App Store. Ensure you are logged in with the same Apple ID used to make the purchase.
Q: Is my passport and travel data safe?
A: Yes. Privacy is our priority. All passport details and trip logs are stored locally on your device. We do not upload your travel history to any external servers.
Q: Can I track visas for countries outside the Schengen Zone?
A: Yes! With the Pro version, you can add multiple passports and track rules for the USA (180/365), UK (180/365), Canada, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand.
