1. Data Collection and Storage

Truck Recap is designed with a "Local-First" architecture.

• Local Storage: All Hours of Service (HOS) logs, recap data, and settings are stored locally on your device using native storage mechanisms.
• No Cloud Sync: We do not operate a backend server, and we do not sync your driving logs to the cloud. You are the sole owner of your data.
• No Account Required: You do not need to create an account or login to use the application.

2. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to improve the app experience:

• RevenueCat: Used to manage In-App Purchases (Pro features). RevenueCat uses an anonymous App User ID to track subscription status. No personal driving logs are shared with RevenueCat.
• Apple App Store: All financial transactions are handled directly by Apple. We do not process or store your credit card information.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties.
