1. Information Collection

We follow the "Data Minimization" principle:

• User Content: Information, photos, and logs you enter are stored ONLY on your local device. We cannot access, view, or upload this data.
• Transaction Data: If you purchase Pro, transactions are handled by the Apple App Store. We verify your subscription status anonymously without collecting payment details.

2. Permissions

To provide core features, we require:

2.1 Location (GPS)

• Usage: To record exact coordinates of cemeteries for navigation.
• Note: GPS is used only when you tap "Get GPS". Location data remains local.

2.2 Photo Library

• Usage: To set avatars and upload cemetery environment photos.
• Note: All photos remain in your app storage or gallery.

2.3 Network Access

• Usage: Only to connect to Apple servers to verify "Pro" purchase status.
• Note: We do not upload your memorial logs or personal privacy data.

3. Data Storage & Backup

• This app uses local storage. If you delete the app or lose your device, data may be lost.
• We recommend Pro users regularly use "Export Data" in Settings to backup to iCloud or other safe locations.
